Return Policy

KB's Closet offers a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. Returns will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A store credit code will be issued via e-mail or phone number provided when ordering once your return is processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must remain the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at kbsclosetcrew@gmail.com to receive return address. If you choose to return your item, YOU will be responsible for packaging and postage to send back. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we ask that you please keep a record of the tracking number so you can ensure that your order makes it back to us. KB's Closet is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do not accept items if attemptede to return to local pickup locations. Once we receive your package and your item(s) are accepted, we will issue the store credit code via e-mail or by phone number provided when ordering.

Damages/Incorrect Items Received: Please fully inspect your order upon receiving and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can correct the mistake.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all shoes, swimwear, or any custom items. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or discounted orders/items. Only full priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges: To avoid any confusion on our end, absolutely no exchanges will be allowed. A customer returning an item will only be able to receive store credit, which they can use for any single purchase following return of item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if it is eligible to receive store credit. If approved, you will receive an email with your store credit code via e-mail or phone number provided when ordering within 5 business days.
